Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  - Canada / Australia / UK: 5–10 business days
  - Rest of World: 5–12 business days
  
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
  - Free standard shipping on all orders over $99
  - Standard shipping: $7.99 for orders under $99
  
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. PrismTail is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
